AAF Associates, LLC – Funding/Venture Entity of AAF COMPANIES - The primary entity in which investors invest; and will maintain the sustained relationship with our Investors.

This entity acts primarily as a funding entity in which various funding mechanisms shall be utilized (i.e. J/V’s, LLC’s, Partnerships, Lender/Mortgagee, etc.) to participate with affiliate entities in the various real estate related activities previously described above.

In brief, our company was established in 1998 and has been responsible for providing outstanding financial consulting services ever since.  In 2002 AAF Associates role changed to a real estate project funding facilitator.
